Laurie & Eric met over 12 years ago at Burger King. Eric was working on the sprinkler system at Laurie's store & she kept going outside to talk to him. A couple weeks later Eric was at BK talking about how he didn't want to go to the next store as he didn't care for the team at that particular store. Laurie told Eric "she would take care of those meanies but it was gonna cost him". LIttle while later, Eric text Laurie and asked what the cost is, they then decided the cost was dinner out. The very next night Eric showed up at Laurie's house cause he was "in the area". They planned for Laurie to go to Eric's the next evening. After that first evening together they became inseperable!

For several years it was tricky to find time to spend with each other as they had opposite visitation times with their kids. But they figured it out and thier relationship just kept growing. Eric proposed on MArch 13,2019 at the Pier at Higgs Beach in Key West. Laurie had NO IDEA this was planned, so Eric did a great job of pulling off the surprise.

Eric & Laurie love to spend time on & around the water! They love spending time on thier pontoon boat, travelling (anywhere but esp Key West), camping and spending time with family and friends.

Deciding to have the wedding in Key West was a "no-brainer" for Laurie & Eric. They love KW and wanted a smaller, intimate wedding! They are so very happy to share this time with their close friends & family!
